In my opinion, every anarchist community will decide what to do and how. For mine, I would propose a law and principles as:
The violation was not pursued because it is sin or because the body is sacred ... Pursued because it is a kind of abduction (kidnapping Express, say). And because (usually) is accompanied by beatings and threats. As such, carry the same penalty as the abduction and unwarranted physical aggression.
Now, what punishment should be the kidnapper? The first time: the death penalty, unless you obtain the forgiveness of the victim. The second time the death penalty, with or without forgiveness. Of course, especially after a fair and impartial trial.
Laws must be very hard into anarchy. Without laws, or without tough laws, anarchy or chaos will make us a law of the jungle. And after that come a dictatorship. If we want anarchy to survive, it must be so, with tough laws.
If the abductor is not removed, what are the options? One is trying to re-educate them. But who will? Who will pay? If someone is committed, can be done. But only once, if repeated, it means the re-education failed. And there's no need to try again. Better to remove the hijacker once and for all and not keep running more risks. Another option is jail. But then again, who will pay the costs? And also ... already know what they produce prisons: criminals even worse. Another option: banish. But are not you pass the problem to others? And who will watch out for returns? Who will pay for such monitoring? Therefore, I think the best option is the death penalty.
A related issue is pedophilia. Many rape victims are minors. And sometimes the pederast not use physical violence, but more subtle violence, deception, promises, and so on. There may be even a kind of rape warm up with love (to Michael Jackson, say). Or there may be pedophiles actually love a child, and manage to convince him with pure affection, without violence or deceit, and even the child feels good. In this case, in my opinion there is no crime ("No crime without a victim" is another of my principles). But it also lends itself to less loving than other sex offenders to evade punishment. In these circumstances, I propose to my community as follows:
First, set a very low age for sexual relations: 15 years, say. It is illegal to have sex with someone under 15.
Second, notwithstanding the foregoing, a judge may grant a special license to a minor who is aged between 12 and 14, provided that: i) the minor has permission from their parents or guardians; ii) to the judge , the least affection for the pederast, wants to have sex with it and are physically able, the minor is mature enough and understands what the possible causes and consequences of what he does, and there are strict conditions of safety and health for the child. absolutely prohibited not only sex but also sexual touching with children under 15 without special license, or under 12.
Fourth, the death penalty for the transgressor pederast.
