When wages are endangered, their working conditions or their own safety come together as a pack to combat what they think is legitimate. No matter what I think the rest of society, protest and if necessary, break down the daily lives of their fellows, but it is law of life: survival is the boss.

The truth is I do not strange because they are quite pathetic. A weekly meeting of one hour at the front door with little signs ..... and that's it. All content and is not to say that we do nothing.
air traffic controllers have criticized but they have achieved part of what they wanted, subway workers and bus as well .... and the list could be long. What differentiates them from us? The unity, strength and conviction of them before the selfishness, the fragmentation, lack of information, fear and thinking that because of the nature of our work we have no right to protest.
Selfishness makes each employee think about yourself. The ideal dispersion and lack of coherence between the different estates: "We are doctors and nurses already manage; walk hot I let the people laugh." The lack of information, not because they give us, but because we care a damn. The fear that people will say: "We can not leave them unprotected, it is our job, we are altruistic."
I would like to remind all health workers and the general public more information:
1. We are human, and like any human, need our living wage.
2. We have the same rights as others to claim what we configured to do so, and it is sometimes necessary to use methods which can affect the rest of the population (they are collateral damage provided that the minimum services set can not be criticized)
3. Acting on our rights causes leakage of workers to other sectors and countries, and a motivation such that impact on quality of care provided.
4. We are entitled to be represented with dignity as we are not fooled. Our work entails some risks and responsibilities that should not be neglected and should be taken into account by society.
5. We are not servants of anyone. Patients who come to our schools we do not pay the salary.
